Olugbenga Akinlabi

Olugbenga has over ten (10) years practical commercial dispute resolution and corporate and commercial legal practice experience. He is an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. Prior to joining Broadridge, he was with the firms of G.O. Sodipo& Co and Messrs Templars; leading law firms in Nigeria. He has carved a niche for himself in commercial dispute resolution, corporate and commercial law and regulatory and compliance issues. He has successfully represented many multinational companies in many complex commercial disputes atdifferent fora including appellate courts in Nigeria and in arbitral proceedings. His in-depth knowledge of the law garnered over the years in law practice over divers aspects of law is a valuable asset to clients he has rendered services to over the years. He was appointed as a Notary Public for the Federal Republic of Nigeria in 2013 by the Chief Justice of the Federation - Honourable Justice AlomaMukhtar. He attended University of Ilorin, in Nigeria where he graduated with Honours and was also a Federal Government of Nigeria's scholar.
